Nobody decides to lose touch. Weeks become months because nothing reminds you. When you do think of someone, you can’t remember what was going on in their life, so the message feels awkward and you put it off again.

Without a nudge, one coffee turns into six months of silence. With Tiewell, Rui shows up two weeks after he’s due, along with the thing you’d want to ask him about.

That’s the whole habit.

  1. Add the people you’d hate to lose

    Import them from your contacts or add them in seconds. For each person, pick how often you want to be in touch: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Only the people you choose are added.

  2. Open Today and see who’s drifting

    Today puts the few people who are most overdue at the top, with a line of context on each one. Birthdays coming up and the week you’ve just had sit underneath. If anyone is due, you get one quiet reminder at 9:00.

  3. Reach out, tap Done, jot one line

    Call, message, WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn in one tap. Afterwards, write down what you talked about. Next time, it’s the first thing you’ll see.

Link people, group them by place or keyword, then search your notes for “padel”, “Porto” or “the wedding”.

One tap opens the app you already use. What you say is up to you.

Seeing them next week anyway? Push it back and Tiewell stops asking until then.

  • Stored in the EU. Your records sync to a private account hosted in the European Union, over encrypted connections. Only your account can read them.
  • Never sold, never used for ads. No advertisers, no data brokers and no profile built about you.
  • Never used to train AI. Your notes aren’t used to train any model.
  • Works offline. Everything is kept on your iPhone as well, so Today opens instantly with or without signal.
  • Delete everything, in the app. One button in Settings removes your account and all its data.

What does it cost?

Tiewell is free to download. If a paid tier arrives later, nothing you’ve already added will be locked.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You sign in with Apple or Google. The account is what keeps your people safe if you lose or replace your phone. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your email address.

Will it message people for me?

Never. Tiewell tells you who, and reminds you what you last talked about. One tap opens Messages, the phone, WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn. The words are always yours.

Does it read my whole address book?

Only if you tap Import, and only the people you pick are added. You can also add people by hand and never share your contacts at all.

How is this different from a normal CRM?

There are no leads, pipelines or deals. Tiewell is for the people you actually care about: friends, family, mentors, old colleagues. It’s built around one question each morning: who have I been meaning to call?

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Tiewell is built for iPhone first.
